|So how do I get started with Pro Click Exchange?
Join and become a member. Your membership entitles you to all the current and future benefits and privileges. The result: more sales, leads, and JV opportunities for your business.
|Can I sign up for more than one membership?
No. Only one membership per person per IP address is allowed. Signing up for more than one membership is considered theft. Your accounts will be cancelled, and you will lose all credits and any accrued downlines.
|Can anyone join Pro Click Exchange?
Yes, anyone can join. The only requirement is that you agree to the terms of service.
|Can I advertise any web page?
Very simple, no framebreakers, no hate, no warez, no viruses, no adult content, no auto surfs, investment surfs, ptp sites, HYIP, no problem!
We do allow rotators and we recommend that Soaring4Traffic users consider using a Page Swirl Rotator. This is one of the most user friendly rotators for both exchange user and owner.
If your sites do not follow the rules, not only will your websites be removed, your account may be suspended. Please make sure you check your URLs before you add them!
Pop Ups are Allowed, but should be limited to one pop-up and/or exit ad and not require an extra click to close.
Of course we highly recommend you use fast loading splash and lead capture pages for best results.
|How come I can't delete a website in my website?
Make sure you have ZERO % assigned to any URL you are trying to remove from your account. This will allow you to edit and replace any site you wish.
Make the auto assigned adjustments on your Assign Credits page.
Please note that you will need to make sure that the other sites total your auto-assign minimum (usually 50%) when you make this change.
After auto assigned adjustments have been made, click the name of your site to be taken directly to the edit/delete page.
|How come I can't use an AOL e-mail address?
Unfortunately, the AOL has blocked all emails coming from our servers. To remedy this, either sign up using a different email account or let AOL know that you want to use your email at Soaring4Traffic.com.
|How many visitors will I get to my website if I visit 100 member websites?
That depends...Pro Click Exchange has unique progressive surf ratios plus progressive timers, unlike any you have ever seen. Please see our Surf Ratios Explained page for full details.
|What is auto-assigning?
Auto assigning means simply that the credits that you have earned by surfing and from your referrals are automatically applied to the url(s) that you have listed. Free members must auto-assign 50% of their credits, upgraded members have no minimum requirement.
|How many websites can I list on Pro Click Exchange?
You can list up to 5 sites as a Free member, 10 sites as an Executive and 30 sites as a CEO member. Simply go to the "My Sites" section of your member page, click on the "Add a new site here" link and type in the new website information and click the "Add" button.
|How fast will I get traffic to my website?
There's no way to determine how fast you will get traffic to your websites. The traffic you receive, is based on the amount of users in the system and how active they are. It's also based on how much you surf and how many credits you have applied to your websites. Being an active member or one who uses our service often, means you will generate traffic to your website much faster.
|What happens if I run out of credits?
Once you run out of credits your page is no longer displayed. You can continue to earn more credits for free (by surfing for them), or you can purchase credits from us.
|What is the 'Report Site' link for?
This link is in place to help us keep Pro Click Exchange as one of the cleanest & best Traffic Exchanges online. You use this link to report any websites (you see while surfing) that might violate our Terms and Conditions or notify us if a site is having problems. After we receive an email, we can then notify the site owner.
|Do I have to surf a certain amount of sites before I receive traffic?
Yes! You have to surf a minimum of 20 sites before you will receive any traffic. We do this to help motivate new members to use the system. Remember, traffic exchanges are driven by the members. If no one surfs, no one will receive any traffic. In other words, make it a habit to surf everyday. Pro Click Exchange rewards for surfing are numerous.
|How do I cancel my account?
Log in. At the bottom of the main navigation menu is the "Delete Account" button.
|Does Pro Click Exchange have a referral program?
Yes. As a Free member, you receive 10 credits, 100 banner impressions and 100 text link impressions for each referral member you refer and you earn a percentage of credits from your referrals. Also, you earn 10% commissions on upgrades and 10% for any credits sold to your first level referrals!
Executive (Upgraded Members) receive 30 credits, 150 banner impressions and 150 text link impressions for each referral member they refer and earn a percentage of credits from their referrals. They also earn 30% on upgrades and 20% for any credits sold to their first level referals!
CEO (Upgraded Members) receive 50 credits, 200 banner impressions and 200 text link impressions for each referral member they refer and earn a percentage of credits from their referrals. They also earn 50% on upgrades and 30% for any credits sold to their first level referrals!
|How do I promote Pro Click Exchange?
Solo ads, Splash pages, Banners, small text ads and email ads are available in the member's area on our promotion page. Just click on the "Promote" link in the members area.
|How do I request a commission?
Log into your main members page (when you reach a minimum of $15 and click on the "Convert" link on the main menu. You will see the "Click Here to request cash-out" link at the top".
|How long will it take to receive my commission once I request it?
You can expect to receive your commission within 72 hours or less.
|Where is my verification email?
|Please check your bulk email folder first. Unfortunately some ISP providers do not deliver our emails. If you are using AOL, Comcast, Yahoo or Hotmail free accounts, you might not receive. We suggest to do business on the Internet a free Gmail account. Might still go to your bulk folder but will at least be delivered.
Try white listing our domain and request your verification email again. Should you still not receive please contact us immediately.
It is important that you receive our emails. Notifications of commissions, new downline members, specials and discounts, plus changes and new additions that might occur.
Accounts not verified within 72 hours will be deleted. Accounts that email addresses continue to bounce or use auto reply email services are also subject to deletion.
|Why can I not login?
|Several reasons could apply here. Have you received and verified your email address? Does your account show suspended? If so and you do not know why, please contact us.
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, make sure your caps lock is not on.
If you do not remember your username or password, request the info be sent to you, link is on the login page.
If none of the above apply, contact us for assistance.
|Cannot surf, why?
|This can be caused by several different reasons. Number 1 reason is, you have not entered a site url in your account. System requires at least one site be entered in order to surf.
Is your browser setup or anti-virus software blocking our domain?
If none of the above apply, try cleaning your browser temp files and cookies. After cleaning, close your browser and restart.
If the above does not solve your issue, please use the contact link and give us the details about your problem.
|Why am I getting wrong click messages?
|We suggest clearing your cached files, temp internet files, clearing cookies and basically doing a thorough clean up on your computer. Close your browser and restart. You might even try re-starting your computer after the thorough clean up.
If you are using Windows, here is a great little free tool I have been using for years that does a good job assisting your PC clean up process.
Another common reason is your mouse settings or your mouse is causing a double click. If this is happening on other exchanges with a similar script, it could be your mouse causing the problem.
This can also be caused by your browser or by refreshing the page rather than moving to the next site without refreshing.
If you are careful in choosing the correct image, other problems could be browser settings blocking the surf bar script.

|Why is my Account Suspended?
There can be several reasons. Number one issue is emails bouncing back to our server. If you have not been receiving regular updates this could be the issue.
Since we cannot continue to send emails to invalid or bouncing email accounts, the script auto suspends until the email is corrected.
Contact us with a valid email address to add to your account for re-activation.
If you have been using cheat software to surf, or have entered sites deliberately that break the terms of service or offend or could cause damage to other members, your account will not be re-opened.
